A major North Sea operator was planning to decommission 14 wells. They approached AH Asset Solutions to explore an outsourced solution that would streamline their existing process while achieving higher returns for their pulled tubing and casing assets.  

In stark contrast to our client’s previous sales process, where they sold assets to a single contracted buyer, A H Asset Solutions conducted 17 separate auctions over an 8-month period, during which multiple buyers acquired over 2300 tonnes of pulled OCTG. This targeted sales process resulted in AH Asset Solutions returning a 110% increase in sales value with minimum client involvement. 

As part of our outsourced program, A H Asset Solutions managed the marketing, viewings, sales invoicing, and settlement of proceeds. Additionally, we handled the loading and unloading of all the pulled tubular goods. 100% of the tubular goods were sold for reuse into the piling and construction sectors with Zero waste.
